

Two of my favorite glutes exercises!π₯΅ ππ Positioning the legs and feet are very important if you want to target different muscles of the glutes. This type of squatting is different because itβs not targeting the quads but the glutes and Hammies. As well as kickbacks they are targeting your glutes to the extreme. I never miss these two when doing glutes! Try them out with 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps each and HEAVY WEIGHT if you want to growπͺπ½
