Most of y’all don’t know that I got divorced at the beginning of 2019. I had to shut down my dog business, sell my house, and move back in with my parents. I tried to move to LA in August, but by December I couldn’t even get myself to leave my house. I was too overwhelmed, I wasn’t ready, I didn’t know who I was anymore. I drove Rue and myself back to the Midwest the first week of January feeling absolutely broken and destroyed. Moving back in with mom and dad at 31...again. Oof. 2020 has been a painful year of growth for everyone. But all I can say is that little by little, the more I finally began to embrace my WHOLE self, the more the sun began to shine. I haven’t ever felt like I’ve been in such a good place mentally, creatively, or personally. And I know I keep thanking you all, and people don’t understand it, but I will forever be grateful to each and every one of you. Thank you for enjoying my content. Thank you for inspiring me to continue to create. Thank you. This is incredible ✨
