Came with a purpose: to get the most out of myself, not iron. 😉
And you know what? Not only did I work out all the muscle groups, but I also found a new friend - the sweetest trainer who helped me with technique. 🤩
Now I know that working out can be not only beneficial but also fun! 🎉
