When I respond to messages or check them they get super duper lost and hard to find. Some P*ypal names don't match usernames so I can't simply search it up. I have a google docs where I write down all the custom requests, usernames, details, and cost/paid or not. And again if I never responded message me again like "hello!" or something so it goes to the top of my messages.
