One of my favorite quick-fix nervous system hacks is the 1:2 breathing technique.
All you have to do is breathe at a 1:2 ratio of inhale to exhale.
Breathe in for the count of 1...2 and exhale for count of 4...3...2...1.
I’ll usually repeat this at least for 10 rounds but I'll keep going if needed. Enjoy this one ✨
