Been trying to be more conscious of when they start, and this pic from today (after sleeping 3 hours past my alarm and being late for my nail appointment), it looks so obvious to me. I posted it unedited as an explanation, and an apology. Many of you are used to my absences by now, and I am always so grateful for your patience. I met my new doctor yesterday, and finally I have somebody who is taking my Long COVID seriously. But for now, even trying to write this post, I'm pausing ever few seconds to rest, because my neck feels too weak to keep my head up, and my eyeballs keep screaming to close my lids, and my heart is pumping through my chest even sitting so still. And my fingers and toes are still in nerve pain purgatory. So I will have to take another little break. I adore you all, and hope you know I always come back the second I feel like I can give you the focus you really deserve. 🖤 TL,DR: Bad Fatigue Episode in full effect, need to take another health break, plz don't hate me ðŸ˜
