Hey my loves,
I just wanted to quickly post an update here as I may have to take this week off from posting content.

As some of you will know if you watched my last live, I travelled down to Portsmouth on Sunday and was due home on Tuesday to get ready for Nevada this Saturday as well as shoot content/do a live and a twitch stream etc before leaving.

Last week my father in law down there had a heart attack, which was a huge shock but he did come home within 3 days so we thought everything was going to be ok (other than him having to make some lifestyle changes). However when we arrived on Sunday we discovered he had went back into hospital, he had fluid on his heart and they had to operate. When they have they have discovered a whole host of other issues, including heart disease and needed to be put on dialysis for his kidneys. He was in surgery for 16 hours, and has now been medically paralysed to help his body recover. It’s touch and go at the moment whether he will make it, though we have had some small positive steps over the last few days including his oxygen levels improving to 45% which means they may be able to start slowly waking him up soon. If he survives this he will have more battles ahead as will need more work done with stents etc, that they didn’t manage to do during the surgery this time.

With him being in hospital we stayed a little longer to look after my mother in law and be support for her. Also to help taking her up the hospital as she has epilepsy she doesn’t drive. We only got home at midnight last night, so I now have 2 days before I leave for Nevada, with hair/nail appointments and all the packing to do. On top of that all my accommodation in Death Valley was just cancelled because of flooding so I’m having to work out alternative accommodation and locations for the event for that portion of the trip, which I need to work out/do the admin for before I leave on Saturday 😰 These 2 days are going to be incredibly busy and stressful and I’m just not sure I can fit in shooting content and doing lives as well without running myself into the ground right before a major 6 week trip.

I will of course see how I get on, and if I get things finished sooner than I thought and still have some time spare I will of course spend this on content/doing a live, but it’s looking like I will have to take this week off and return to normal posting next week once I am in Nevada and things have calmed down.
