

Since a lot of you asked what do I eat in a day to be in shape š Currently: Morning - 6 eggs with two hands full of spinach and a coffee Lunch - 400g Chicken and one can of Tuna 350g Full fat bio live natural yoghurt with fruits (no zero fat products) Dinner- one or two 250g Ribeye steaks Iām 6ā3 220lbs 22years old and I workout 6 times per week currently push pull legs This might not work for everyone but this is what I do, I will launch a fitness website tailored to your fitness goal soon
