I can tell that the couple of weeks I was out did a number on my body and I went backwards in my progress, but I’m hoping I see results again soon.. 😩 Here’s a little tease video for you 😉😉 I hope you enjoy it even though I don’t look as good as I could with consistency in the gym 😋 **I realize now that there is a white fuzzy** 😬😂
