It's been an amazing birthday month thus far with launching my website, being on a magazine cover, AND being featured in the inside spread!!!!! Plus, guyz, **time for the mushy bits** this has been the BEST month I've had in what feels like a year. The fog has lifted from my mind and with it, so has my fatigue. My body is reinvigorated with the energy to take on my aspirations! Something I've been trying to do as of late is reminding myself that I am beautiful. During my depressive spell, my self-esteem plummeted to catatonic levels. Filming fun sexy content had never been more difficult, as I could hardly look at myself in the mirror, much less film and edit a video for hours. All I could see were the many *flaws*, but really that was my disillusions creeping in. Those dark lonely thoughts whispered horrid things in my ears, leading me down a path of isolation and misery. But here we are, a new year with the sweet promise of better beginnings. 2023 is a good year, its the year we take back our power to find the true value that lies within. Let us ignore the platitudes of those who would bring us grief. Together, we will build one another up with affirmations of love and positivity.
