The audio is gonna suck but you should just change your mindset and enjoy hearing a shower while someone talks! I’m kidding sorry I won’t do this again haha just experimenting now back to the Mental Monday. You’ve never been turned off by someone who thought positively (so long as they were realistic with their positivity of course) so why shouldn’t you try to be more grateful it really does attract people. Such as me, I’m attracted to people who don’t feel bad for themselves and instead try to find the silver lining if that’s not encouragement enough I don’t know what is😏 an event or moment in your life doesn’t define you it’s your perception of that moment that means everything❤️
