

Today was a good day! The other day I had an appointment with my phsyio and she said I could finally go back to the gym and start testing my limits. I injured my knee two winters ago while I was skiing and I had a sprained knee for a year without realizing that was getting worse and worse all the time till I could barely sleep at night. Then I sprained my wrist cracking a glow stick 😅 I’ve been going to phsyio since February and I’m finally starting to have less pain. For those of you who don’t know I used to do weight training (squats, hip thrusts, bench press, deadlifts, curls) and with my injury plus covid I haven’t trained in a year. I got the go ahead from my phsyio to try a few weighted exercises with my injuries, and now I have to monitor my pain over the next two days to see if it worsens. If it doesn’t- then I can start training again :) so cross your fingers for me ✨ sorry I look like a potato I was just happy you could see my lil bicep after curls
