We mostly just went in circles and talked about a lot of the fundamentals of riding and caring for horses. I learned that the most important aspect of riding is building a foundation of mutual trust and respect between horse and rider. It was a really cool experience and I’ll definitely be back out to the barn to hang out with Chappie again soon!
