i remember the wide-open spaces and how the air smells so much fresher—especially after a rain shower on a sunny day. the way the sun lights up the trees, the birds singing, and that feeling of freedom that i’ve never quite found anywhere else. it’s hard not to feel trapped when the weather in london is like this, all gloomy and cold. there’s something so healing about being surrounded by nature, and i honestly just wish i could escape right now.
one of my favorite memories was driving through the pacific northwest, with lush greenery everywhere, and it felt like being in another world. the rivers there are so clear, and it’s crazy how you can go from city to pure wilderness in just a short drive. even in places like the northeast, the fall colors are stunning, and i miss being able to experience that crisp, refreshing autumn air.
