


content warning: me talking about my experience with self-harm So I've been struggling with self-harm in the form of cutting for years now and lately I came up with the idea of putting on myself little cute tattoos (they glow in the dark!!) whenever I feel the urge to hurt myself. And let me tell you: I fucking love putting silly little drawings on myself, the serotonin rush is incredible. Being nice and compassionate towards yourself when you feel like you want to do the exact opposite is such a powerful move.
