It’s a belly noise and tummy rub video I took after eating a lot of rice and noodles; I wasn’t actually full but I had a lot of bulky food in my stomach and I already had a lot of gas because I’d been super hungry beforehand so my naughty belly had filled with wind! I listened to the digestion noises from my tummy with my stethoscope while I felt it moving and bubbling around before I began recording some of my digestive gurgles for you and also burped a couple of times - there’s a big belch when I sit up after recording my belly noises for a while that felt super satisfying! after lying down for a while the food and gas started to make my belly feel a little uncomfortable and I started to get a little bit of a stomachache so I end the video by lying back and giving my overworked gut a good rub! 🩵
