Are you actively engaging your glutes on your squats, or are you just going through the motion. Doing so will help your pelvis stay in a good place through out the range of motion.
I like to think of squeezing glutes in two places of the squat. #1) At your lowest depth, engage your glutes... then push to stand. #2) In your standing position, squeeze your bum to help lock the glutes and pelvis before hitting your next rep.
