I'm very grateful to my father for supporting me, slipping me books and magazines about bodybuilders, showing me old action movies where I admired such manly Stallone, Schwarzneger, Jackie Chan and other titans😉! And it worked😎. I signed up at the nearest gym and it started! At first it was a hobby, but then I just couldn't imagine life without sports..... so if you are in doubt whether you should go to the gym, I can tell you with certainty - it's worth it💣, do it!
