Data does not work, will not connect to wifi, basic phone settings do not open, apps do not work, cannot call out or receive calls. I've tried all the things, even a factory reset. nothing is working. Portugal has no Apple Store. So I have no option to visit the Genius Bar to get it fixed. This all means I have no way of accessing my pre-filmed content (stored in my phone) and limited access to making new content without my phone (where I also edit content). please be patient during these trying times. I might have no working phone and remain partially off grid until I reach the USA in 10 days. Imagine me like this in this photo (from a custom set I made for a fan in 2020) getting all my news and staying connected to the world the good old fashioned way...via newspaper. bear with me. xx
