Added 2023-05-21 10:52:36 +0000 UTCI haven’t been able to go for a swim for a while - I think I was able to go once about a month ago, but nothing since, and I feel every minute of the eight months that my life has been turned upside down. No exercise, bad eating habits (the hospital has nothing but Starbucks) and crippling stress - but today at the pool, when Gloria Gaynor’s epic anthem came on, I felt the joy of it and suddenly felt like dancing. For the first time I feel like I’ll be able to get things under control again and take better care of myself. So watch this space!
