I am going through a really tough and very unexpected break up. I am devastated and I don't feel like myself. I don't feel special or wanted or sexy right now and that makes this really hard. I changed my profile to free because I know I can't keep up when I'm in this pain. I also know it won't last forever and I can be back in a few weeks maybe.
He says I did everything right, that he doesn't think he can get more from someone else. That he did love me the whole summer. He just thinks he's wasting my time that he's not enough for me. But I think that's his deep insecurities coming out because he feels be doesn't deserve all the love I give him, it doesn't match how he feels about himself. He thinks one day I'm going to inevitably see himself how he sees himself and leave anyways..so best to protect himself is to detach and leave.
It's not fair to me. I deserve more than that. I love myself and I was ready. He clearly was not and I wish he realized that earlier.
I'm just so hurt.
