Being in the mountains of NC was amazing, it was like shutting the world out with no TV, no internet, no makeup...but it's also difficult due to having online businesses. However, I found it great for mental health and creativity. Nature stimulates that part of our brain where creativity is if given a break from screens and exposed to nature for 72 hours.
