Added 2020-08-31 05:56:07 +0000 UTChello everyone <3 i was going to post tonight but when i woke up i had a knot in my neck so when i was in the shower i tried to adjust it and ended up losing vision, falling, and getting very nauseous. it still hurts really bad so im just laying down but does anybody have any tips/ has experienced anything like this? help is appreciated thank you sm
