I must say a word or two about this video 🫣
I was out in the forest, then I felt a psychedelic like feeling come over me. I needed to move. I knew my tantric practice needed to happen on a deep level then and there, which I am happy that I felt inclined to set my camera up (because generally i feel I need to keep it to myself and only show small bits and pieces)
I started out with breath and movement, finding my center by wiggling, jiggling and spinning around.
I found my voice by moaning and meowing (yes I do like to act like a kitten most of the time 😉)
The last bit I just felt silly and was thinking about how many times I’ve been ran up on in the forest, it’s always been somebody who felt awk and just left 😂
But just a reminder that faeries are not just cute n cuddly, you’ll see in my next post what I carry in the woods to protect myself. So if you ever run up on a fairy, don’t mess with her. Allow her to be, acknowledge her innocence and love her from a far. 🤫
