I never really instruct the class bc there’s other staff who does that. But I had to this weekend - we do all sorts of exercises like burpees, jumping jacks, the usual stuff. I am supposed to be modeling it for them and doing it with them. But legit couldn’t. I had to have my interns do the demonstrations because I couldn’t do more than 1 rep or so. Then we tried to do planks and it was nuts.. I legit couldn’t. Not even close to a plank. It was the hardest thing I’ve done in a long time. I was drenched in sweat by the end and went straight to 5 guys for some burgers lol
