




Back is still recovering, but it is definitely better. I let the prescriptions run their course and they worked. I didn't do anything too stupid in the gym to make it worse. I've swapped out a lot of the workouts that invokve a barbell for more running of various distances and intensities on an air runner. Overall I'm pretty happy with the progress and I think it's getting me ready for a 50k obstacle course I'll be running in the Fall.
