




Nothing really different this week for me. My night time routine has been consistent even on the weekends. That's prevented me from taking a beer to my bedroom right before bed. Small change but it adds up. My Inbody this week showed steady progress in body fat%. Muscle mass went down but I was expecting that as last week's jump up was way too high to be real. Also likely switching my role at work. I've been interviewing for a position that will give me a much better understanding of my industry. Only issue is that it is salary vs commission so I will make a lot less and in principle I hate salaries too. Guess I will just have to post more. 😉
