Did you know about the Old New Year?ππ
In some countries, like Ukraine, Belarus, and Serbia, we celebrate the Old New Year on the night of January 13th to 14th. This tradition comes from the difference between the Julian (old) and Gregorian (new) calendars, which adds up to 13 days.
It's similar to the regular New Year celebration, with festive dinners, family gatherings, and sometimes even fireworks. For many, it's a chance to reflect on their resolutions or enjoy the holiday spirit one last time before January fully kicks in.
So, well... Happy New Year
