She couldn’t take me down after 3 minutes. Very intense. I went to finally go for a takedown to get this shit progressing, stepped, and bitch my whole knee twisted and gave way. I fell to the ground and feared the worst.
There was a dope ass energy healer there. She did some weird witchy Shit to it. I’ve been icing it for 10 hours. And reckon it’ll just be meniscus or MCL.
Here’s the thing- shit happens. I’m not in a third world country unable to drive a car or talk in public. So no fkn feeling sorry for oneself. Just means an extra 3 hours a day to talk to you fucks for the next few weeks since no crossfit or jiujitsu. Actually I’ll just go watch jiujitsu.
