It starts with a sharp pain in the back of my shoulder and spreads throughout my back/ chest and down my arms. Thankfully the pain of it lasts only about 5 minutes. But wow to the after effects last for several days 😅 it leaves me so exhausted and numb. Starting to feel better 💕 hope y’all had a better week!
