

Quick tips for a mindful self pleasure practice 🤍 #1 • Start with reflecting on your INTENTION. This helps us understand why we are desiring self touch / pleasure in that moment (Wanting to get in the mood / turned on? Wanting to build energy? Wanting to release extra stress? Wanting to explore a new feeling or kink? Wanting to numb or distract yourself? Wanting to feel a quick buzz or “high?” ) Knowing our intention helps us decide when self pleasure / masturbation is the best choice for us over if we may be using touch or release out of habit or known pattern to move through a moment. This reflection can helps us look deeper into our connection to self pleasure and decide when connecting into pleasure in another way may be better for us ( exercise, a bath, time in nature, watching TV, talking to someone etc) • • • • #2. Take Time To Relax / Ground Yourself : Take a few deep breaths before you start touching or stroking. Take in the moment as you remove your clothes. Take in the room around you, using your senses to go further into that. Relaxing your body as much as possible before starting touch. Slow intentional breaths connect you to every detail of your touch. This step allows you to feel deeper into your strokes or touch as well as to connect deeper into the experience overall. • • • • #3. Presence With Your Touch : Pleasure and release feel AMAZING and in this, we often want to race to the finish line. When we are mindfully connecting with our body, we want to check in with: how present am I with my touch? When we slow down, breathe into our touch, connecting to our senses of it all: we feel it all on a deeper level. Are your strokes intentional and how deeply can you feel each one?
