



Started a new diet for the next 30 days. It’s where I have to drink 10 boost a day on top of my regular bulking meals. You know for maximum gym gains 💪 but damn I think my chunkiness is passing my muscle growth hardcore.. but coach said I have to chug big if I wanna get big so I guess it’s all part of the plan. I feel like a tank and can’t seem to slow down. Can’t wait to show coach how much muscle I’ve gained after I down all these cases 😈 I’m gonna be a biggest guy at the local gym 💪
