Added 2022-03-26 12:29:06 +0000 UTChey everyone, i’ve had a family emergency the past month and a half and have been busy moving and dealing with the unfortunate news. as a result i haven’t been posting like i wanted to but i’ll be back very soon. i haven’t been able to workout and eat as i normally do since it was more than i could juggle, and as a result i’ve been less confident about my body. it’s one of those situations where it’s actually fine and you guys would not mind but mentally and physically i’ve just needed to adjust a bit and get back into my routines with this sudden life shift. i’ll try to have a video or two out next week :)
