Added 2022-03-11 00:07:05 +0000 UTCI probably won't be posting today. My back has gone into spasms again which happened 2 weeks ago for the first time. I'm sure some stretching, hot Epsom salt baths, rest and more weed will put me right by tomorrow ☺️🧡☺️
