Added 2022-02-26 08:07:45 +0000 UTCI'm so sorry I wasn't able to post today! I had the worst headache I've ever had for three straight hours. Tried everything that usually works! Made sure I was hydrated (drank like 1 1/2 bigger water bottles) ate some food, took Tylenol and stretched my back. Even weed didn't help! I figured out after I laid down and focused on my breathing that my body had just hit an exhaustion wall. After a long nap I feel much better and will be back to normal tomorrow I'm hoping! 🧡🧡
