Btw.. I am very surprised that I can still see my butt bc from so much running 🏃♂️ I do , if you don’t run on hills you will lose your butt and I haven’t loss mine completely lol is not as firm ( is just too big 😂 specially when I’m on strength training , it grows like crazy , same with my quads , you can see it on my YouTube channel , my older videos ) but I am working on it. I just need to get more serious about it and I’m not 😭😂
