2021 —> 2019 Had to recreate my favorite bikini selfie 😋 What’s changed? I’ve stopped weighing myself. Probably shocking to most but I have no clue what I weigh. I really don’t think that number is important at a certain stage in your fitness journey. Is it still a great way to keep track of weight loss? Yes! If I had to lose 30 lbs of fat, I would be weighing myself and measuring my body fat percentage to keep track. The reason I don’t step on the scale has more to do with maintaining a healthy relationship with your body. Muscle weighs more than fat. If I’m trying to build muscle, the scale will tell me that I’m gaining weight… not the same type of weight as fat but it doesn’t know the difference. I never let that number dictate my life and my happiness. If I feel good, that’s all that matters!
