

Do you workout on vacation? ☀️ I love it! I definitely am more lenient on how many times I do workout, it’s hard to always have a plan when traveling. I like fitting it into my morning routine, helps me wake up and start the new day fresh and energized. I think relaxing and letting your muscles recover is also a great thing!
