These side by sides always blowin my mindddd. Fun to get a visual sense of why Iβm feeling how Iβm feeling week to week. Week 29 I was exhausted (and look at that major belly change / position shift to week 30!) and now Iβm feeling more winded with a lung and rib crunch (and you can see how the belly expands upwards between weeks 30 and 31).
Overall still feeling βgoodβ but Iβve definitely slowed down and the hardest part of my workouts is standing up after a floor exercise π₯².
Two unauthorized belly touchers so far this week. One with a full two-handed cup! π haha
