

I’ve lost 8lbs this year!!! From Jan. 1st starting at 168lbs To Today Jan. 19th weighing in at 160! Weight loss wasn’t my goal but fat loss was! I went from 11.6% body fat, down to 9.8% in less then 3 week. You know the best part, I didn’t have to starve myself or kill my self in the gym to do it!!!
