Alrighty here we go... Squat Warm-UP: In this video we are doing a Kettlbell Halo( Plate/Dumbbell acceptable), with a Prying Goblet Squat. It will target the T-spine, hips, and ankles. All area’s that many many people tend to have struggles in while squatting. • As you see above you can substitute a Plate or Dumbbell with this movement if available. • To start us breath in deep brace your spine/core and perform a halo. Next drop down into as deep as a squat as you can. Weight in heels, sitting back, big open heart, chest up.
 • In your squat drive your elbows on the inside of the knees, PRY your hips open. Be sure to keep toes connected to the ground. Hold this for 5 seconds. • After your 5 second hold PRYING, keep hips open and shift your knee over your toes moving from side to side. Do this for 4-8 reps. • Lastly center up, and stand back to your upright position. Halo to the other direction. Recommended reps 5-8 full reps. Enjoy- Coach Quinn
