Some music can be useful for motivation, while other music can give you too much emotion and distract you from the process or make you expend energy too quickly. Try to find a middle ground - something rhythmic, energizing, but not relaxing 😉 Then you will see for yourself how much music can improve the quality of even your morning exercise.
