During workouts, it felt like my breasts were always getting in the way or causing discomfort. I'd end up adjusting my top or repositioning constantly, which was a bit embarrassing. Despite these struggles, I pushed through, determined to stay active and healthy, and eventually found gear that made it easier to focus on my workouts.
