

I’ve began bulking up since January the 15th... eating lots of carbs, protein, Harder workouts at home and resting better, trying to get this summer bigger. I started with 195 lb (88kg) today I weigh myself with 217lb (98kg) I have lost definition since I was a little bit leaner than now, but I have gained 22lb more in 2 months and a half, that means that 8.8 lb monthly, still not getting lots of fat. I will keep growing all April snd start cutting on May. What do you guys think? Sometimes you know that bodybuilding creates a little bit of dysmorphia, making us think that we are not big enough, or we are loosing the perspective of ourselves, I took this picture today and I realize that I am still feeling small even though my shirts don’t fit anymore.... 😅. But at this point I am so proud since it’s been five months that the gyms are closed, all these workouts have been done from home. Definitely I just learned that there is no excuse that can prohibit me from not reach my goals. Thanks for the support and tips. Love is very appreciated
