


I worked out at home for the first time in months!! Damn depression got me ballooned up π that and being so busy for the past few months π
I didn't do a lot, just some ab exercises in the past couple days. But I made myself do it because I feel bad about my body and I can change that! I'm not sure I'll see any results. I'm not training even near as much as I used to when I was strong. But I'm getting back on track and that's what matters right? I'm far from my best beauty, far from my boxer self, but I'm trying.
