taking it slow today ~ don’t know why i woke up feeling SO exhausted even after seemingly getting enough hours of sleep? maybe i’m still in recovery mode from the 10 mile hike this weekend.. 😅 haven’t been getting cardio like that since isolation started whew! definitely encourage you to get outside when you can and to get some social interaction while staying safe & distanced. i especially tend to forget that i really do need some face-to-face contact more often than i think.. social media isn’t enough (and is often detrimental imo) ❣️
