With wanting to bring more somatic practices here I figured the perfect way to do so would be to offer a mid week check in each week.
I contemplated between whether to do a beginning, mid, or end of the week practice and landed on mid week because I feel like that’s the time of the week when you might need a practice to boost you, ground you, encourage you, and of course support you.
We’re starting off with a heart practice.
