Hi!! I just started taking my meds couple of days ago. I got diagnosed with KPTSD and bipolar affective disorder, both in small period of time. It's been hard to process , but now I have more knowledge about myself and how bad it was for me not taking any medications. Also I visited dentist, which was a big fear of mine and I'm really proud of myself❤️ I made a new video for you and now montaging it! Soon I'll be having a birthday. I'm a little bit depressed and sleepy due to meds, so not really excited😢 Anyway, it's typical situation on rainy and cold November.
