

🧘🏼♀️ Yoga for me is not just stretching or beautiful asanas, but a way to feel here and now. 💫 It's easy to get lost in the rhythm of the big city, but when I get on my mat, I come back to myself. Every inhale is a reminder that everything is okay, every exhale is a release of excess. 🌿 Flexibility of the body gives birth to flexibility of the mind, and balance on one foot teaches you to find balance in life. 💛 After practicing, I feel light, calm and confident - because harmony on the inside is more important than chaos on the outside.
