My foot has been feeling numb again lately, so I decided to pull out the compression stockings from a couple of years ago to do some yoga.
Next video will be the actual yoga—this one is the real talk (with gratuitous views) portion.
1) Made up with the bf because I don’t want to be someone that throws away a whole relationship so easily. His apology was beautiful. 🥹 2)Food truck research continues. However, it seems to be way more expensive than I imagined, and there’s also overhead to consider. And what would I do if I need to use the restroom during work? Sooo many logistics! I’m not sure that’s the route I want to take. I would rather make meals at home and deliver them to people, but I’m still considering the logistics for that as well. My new friend has some potential opportunities in this area. In the meantime, I should sign up for a ServSafe certification. Regardless of the route, I choose, this will be a good credential to have. 3) I have another stye… great reminder to practice a little self-love.
